So where to start on this one….. I have known Sam Mann for many years now, having lived in the same village for a bit and we also pulled pints together, so I always love photographing people I know. I hadn’t been to Hendall Manor before, it’s beautiful, it’s someones home, so you know it will be looked after, and even as staff members we were looked after, not always the case at some wedding venues. Sam being a web designer like myself, made sure all the little details were perfect and you could tell. Talking of Yorkshire Sam, this was evident down to his cufflinks and the flag flying above the barn, he was proper proud of his Northern roots and I tried really hard to not break out into my Yorkshire accent I had learnt for 3 months for a role in a play I did earlier this year, I wasn’t ready to be shot down. I want to say a massive thanks to my assistant Jade Eleanor Photography for staying a few hours extra to shoot the sparkler exit whilst I had to rush off for a double wedding weekend.
